How large is the building?
The building is G+9, ten storeys in all, on a land area of 7.80 katha. It faces south, east and west.
When is handover planned?
Handover is currently planned for 2028. For the latest construction timeline, please ask the sales team.
Are the pictures on this website photographs?
No. They are architectural visualisations taken from the project brochure, shown for illustration. Furniture, finishes and planting in them are illustrative.
Apartments
What apartment sizes are there?
Four types: Type A is 1,355 sft, Type B 1,215 sft, Type C 1,255 sft and Type D 1,315 sft.
How many bedrooms and bathrooms does each apartment have?
Every type has three bedrooms, a drawing room, a dining room, a kitchen and three toilets, with two or three verandas depending on the plan. Room sizes are listed on the apartments page.
How many apartments are on each floor?
Four: one each of Types A, B, C and D, on every typical floor from the first to the ninth.
Is there air conditioning?
The specification includes provision for an air conditioner in the master bedroom. Ask the sales team what the provision includes.
Building and services
How many lifts are there?
Two imported lifts with six-person capacity, plus one staircase. A lift and stair lobby is provided on every floor.
Is there car parking?
The ground floor has 13 car parking spaces. Spaces are reserved and marked with apartment numbers according to allotment. Please ask the sales team about parking for a particular apartment.
What happens during a power cut?
A standby generator with changeover has the capacity to run both lifts, the lights in the parking and staircase, and two lights and two fans in each apartment.
Is there a space for residents to meet?
Yes. The brochure describes a large dedicated hall for residents' functions, gatherings and society meetings.
Does each apartment have its own electric meter?
Yes. The specification includes an independent electric meter for each apartment.
